The admission assessment for the German language preparation classes

To be admitted to the transition year of the language preparation classes, we would like to get to know you and your child.

Admission day will take place in July. If it is not possible for you to be there, an alternative date can be offered to you on the first day of school in September.

The schedule for this day is as follows:

o    8.30 a.m.: Meeting point in the entrance of the school.

o   8.45 a.m.: English test (written)

o   9.50-10.35 a.m.: non-verbal aptitude exercises

o   from 10.45 a.m (up to 4 p.m.) .: Ten-minute talks between teachers, parent(s)

and the pupil. (You will find your appointment for this talk on a list hanging out

that day. So please plan and tolerate some waiting time.)

Please note that you and your child do not need to know any German. The talks can

take place in German, English, French, Spanish or Czech.

You can register for the entrance examination by filling in the enclosed non-committal

registration form and handing it in in the office.

You will know whether your child is accepted to the German language prep course at the Adolf-Weber- Gymnasium in the days after the entrance examination.
